Shipping policy

Our company aim is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service.  Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours ,after which your order will be delivered to your designated address within 2 to 3 days. This will be processed by our fulfillment team from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS. We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistics partner’s delivery zones. If your order has not arrived even after our standard delivery time, please let us know through jujulifestyle.uae@gmail.com .
